The “Payoff” provisions, aimed and sending Billions in taxpayer funds to ACORN, which were removed from the original Democratic version of the TARP Bill are back again – the Obama/Pelosi Stimulus Package calls for $4 Billion in Taxpayer Money for ACORN.
